At the core of Kyma is a proprietary AI-powered matching platform built specifically for insurance and relocation use cases. Our technology quickly evaluates each family's unique needs, including location, budget, length of stay, pets, and furnishings, to identify the most relevant housing options. By combining intelligent matching with experienced housing specialists, Kyma is able to deliver relevant, high-quality options in hours rather than days.

Our Origins
Kyma began as a property management company, owning and operating short- and long-term rentals in Texas and Virginia. Through that work, we repeatedly saw a gap in the housing market. Families displaced by fire, flood, or unexpected damage urgently needed reliable, high-quality temporary homes.
That need became personal when a close family friend experienced a devastating house fire and struggled to find suitable housing during the recovery process. The experience revealed how fragmented, slow, and emotionally taxing temporary housing can be for families already under stress.
What started as a local operation evolved into a mission-driven business focused on rethinking temporary housing from the ground up. Kyma combines speed, care, and intelligent systems to help families across the country find safe, comfortable homes when they need them most.
